In addition, the court sentenced Dieudonné's company, Bonnie Productions, holder of the lease, to pay 2012 euros in rental arrears, the owners' lawyer, Dominique Cohen Trumer, told AFP. With his companion, Noémie Montagne, Dieudonné also appeared for having operated the Main d'Or theater without a license between 2014 and XNUMX. Noémie Montagne is also on trial for “execution of concealed work”, suspected of not having declared intermittent workers.
Two months suspended prison sentence and a fine of 10 euros
This decision was taken while, in another case, the Court of Appeal confirmed the condemnation of the polemicist Dieudonné to two months in prison, suspended for anti-Semitic remarks in his show "The foul beast".
