The National Bureau of Vigilance Against Antisemitism welcomes the information according to which the Public Prosecutor's Office requests that the antisemitic character be retained in the case of the assassination of Mrs. Sarah Halimi.
We recall that on April 4, 2017, Mrs. Sarah HALIMI, born ATTAL, was attacked at her home in Paris 11th by her neighbor KOBILI TRAORE, Muslim of Malian origin, who tortured her because she was Jewish, and defenestrated with repeated cries. by ALLAH OUAKBAR.
For the BNVCA the aggravating circumstance of anti-Semitism has never been in doubt. The psychiatric expert report drawn up at the request of the Investigating Judge ended up specifying that the author "suffered from a delirious outburst which was not incompatible with a criminal sanction, and the aggravating circumstance of anti-Semitism".
The BNVCA asks its counsel, Maître Alex Buchinger, to bring us civil action in this dramatic case which has raised the concern of the Jewish community, strong legitimate emotion and great concern.
The BNVCA welcomes this expected decision of the Public Prosecutor of Paris.
The BNVCA is waiting for the examining magistrate to decide to follow the prosecution's requisitions and pronounce the indictment of the assassin.

FINALLY ! They will have taken their time!
As I wrote here some time ago, logic dictated: Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu OBLIGATE! Our President Emmanuel Macron could not do otherwise.
I am very touched by this news and happy for Sarah's family: A first fight won.
What I now expect is the recognition of "non-assistance to anyone in danger", that the Ministry of the Interior asks "PARDON" to Sarah as well as to her family. That day, a part of me will find peace.
