The BNVCA denounces and condemns with the greatest energy the violent anti-Semitic attack committed on the night of 7 to 8/9/17 against a Jewish family, in its pavilion in Livry Gargan, beaten, insulted, threatened with death, kidnapped robbed by 3 individuals described as of African descent.

The National Bureau of Vigilance Against Antisemitism denounces and condemns with the greatest energy the new manifestly antisemitic aggression

committed on the night of 7 to 8/0.17; to the detriment of a Jewish family from Livry Gargan (93) attacked at their home, threatened with death,

insulted, violently beaten and robbed by 3 individuals described as colored, probably of African origin?

According to the victims, the perpetrators broke into the pavilion, they cut the power, first sequestered the son of the family

then in the early morning they attacked the mistress of the house, who was able to scream despite the embrace that one of the perpetrators made her suffer.

The husband, alerted by his wife's cries, is immediately overpowered by the attackers who strike him with violent blows to the body and face, while others throw the woman to the ground and beat her.

Still according to the victims, one of the perpetrators would be around 30 years old, the two youngest around 20 years old. Two of them had their faces masked, while the face of the third 

was discovered. 

While threatening their victims with death, the attackers bound their hands with plastic ties.

They will have told them "YOU ARE JEWS YOU HAVE MONEY WE TAKE THE MONEY FROM THE JEWS TO GIVE IT TO THE POOR" They claimed and took away the jewelry, sums of money in cash, and the family's credit cards Jewish.
The scene lasted several hours, and on Friday around 11:30 a.m. the wife was able to discreetly alert an emergency service by mobile phone, which alerted the police, while the 3 perpetrators fled.

The victims were taken to hospital for emergency treatment.

The victims are known and reputable members of the Jewish community and the central institutions in which they exercise important responsibilities.

The BNVCA, whose president is a close friend of this family, would like to express all of its solidarity and support in this ordeal.

The BNVCA asks the police to do everything possible to identify and arrest the perpetrators of this anti-Jewish, violent, premeditated attack, accompanied by kidnapping.
