The BNVCA welcomes the decision of the Paris TGI which condemned Mrs. Anne Guerrier, English teacher in the literary preparatory class at the Lycée Janson-de-Sailly in the 16th arrondissement in Paris, of the charge of contesting a crime against humanity.
She was guilty, in July 2016, of posting Holocaust deniers on her Facebook account such as "the Shoah was planned and organized by the Jews".
Warned by Internet users, the BNVCA filed a complaint for these facts on August 1, 2016.
Having heard nothing from the Public Prosecutor's Office, the BNVCA reiterated its complaint on January 2, 2017, which gave rise to a hearing on October 11, 2017, which was attended by Maître Charles Baccouche, lawyer representing the BNVCA.
The BNVCA, vigilant and responsive, invites all witnesses of anti-Semitic acts or publications to alert it by telephone by calling 0663883029, or via the BNVCA.org website.
